T. Scott Construction, LLC is a licensed Construction Manager with The Construction Manager Certification Institute. Our Team has extensive experience constructing and renovating buildings in a wide range of commercial construction sectors: schools, office buildings, healthcare facilities, church, restaurant, laboratory, nonprofit, retail, Greek housing and parking garages. In addition to project experience, our Superintendents and Project Managers provide a level of professional quality to our clients that is unmatched by our competitors.

We approach every project with the Team concept. The Team work begins at the pre-construction phase and continues throughout the project’s duration. True success is achieved through the collective efforts of all Team members.
