TIMOTHY P. SCOTT, CCM

President | Owner

 Tim Scott has performed and administered services in every aspect of the construction process during his 19 years in the industry.  His cumulative construction experience exceeds two million square feet in new and remodel construction at a value over $1,000,000,000 in total work-in-place.  Tim received a Bachelor of Science & Engineering Technology, Construction Management degree from Oklahoma State University in 2000.  He spent the first decade plus of his career working for an Oklahoma City based general contractor gaining excellent experience, starting as a Project Manager working his way to Vice President.  He established T. Scott Construction, LLC in March of 2013 and became a Certified Construction Manager certified by the CMAA in February of 2014.

Tim is a former board member of Infant Crisis Services and Chairman of the Resource Committee.  Infant Crisis Services provides life-sustaining formula and food as well as diapers and clothing for babies and toddlers in times of crisis...because no baby should go hungry.

ROBERT JOHNSON

Project Manager

Born and raised in Oklahoma City; Robert began working in construction in 2007 assisting on various projects across the Oklahoma City area.  He went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Construction Management degree in 2010.  He began his professional career working for an OKC based construction management company as an Assistant Superintendent and working his way up to become Project Manager.  During that time, he has completed numerous projects for public school districts across the state (Title 61/ bond issues) as well as private work with varying delivery methods for both renovation and new construction projects.

KAREN LACKEY

Office Manager | Accountant

Karen graduated in 1988 from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  She went to work for an Oklahoma City based general contractor, where she acquired over 10 years of accounting experience in the construction industry and became the company Controller.  Karen stepped away for a time to raise a family and did part time accounting work from home.  She has now returned to the construction industry and brings over 25 years of accounting experience in various areas with her.  

RANDALL D. MCDANIEL, AIA

Project Manager

Randy is a registered architect with over 40 years of experience in commercial building design, construction, facilities management, and IT networking. His resume includes projects as large as 1.2MM square feet with a budget over $500MM to projects as small as 1000 square feet with a budget of just a few thousand dollars.  Randy’s portfolio includes a wide variety of building types, in fifteen states and ten countries, spanning five continents. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, and is currently licensed to practice architecture in both Oklahoma and Texas. 

JASON TABER

Project Manager

Jason graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science & Engineering Technology, Construction Management degree.  He started work immediately upon graduation for a Oklahoma City based general contractor and worked his way up from Project Manager to become a Senior Project Manager and Vice President.
